Out & About : Brookies Gin

If you booked at The Atlantic over a weekend and you are heading out for a Hinterland drive we highly recommend adding The Cape Byron Distillery to your list. The Distillery is set in the heart of the Brook family’s macadamia farm and only a 10- minute drive from Byron Bay hotel or Bangalow.  Bookings are essential, the 2 hour tours run on Fridays and Saturdays only. Tour the farm and the rainforest learning about the native botanicals used in creating this award winning gin, then head back to the distillery for a guided tasting and a refreshing gin and tonic on the deck. Tours run Fridays and Saturdays for approximately 2 hours duration.
